Stanford University recently conducted research on 600 overweight adults who were on either a healthy low-fat or low-carb diet. It resulted that the individuals had similar levels of weight loss in both the cases.Researches have taken health picture too for consideration. Upon complete analysis, they have come up with three weight lose methods.
Consuming more vegetables
Vegetables provide the body with nutrients to fight with the heart disease, type-2 diabetes, and some cancers.Don’t stick to few vegetables. Take a variety of them like broccoli, sweet potatoes, cauliflowers, cabbage,spinach etc. To cultivate this habit, start taking what you like in the initial stages. Then increase the portfolio. Try adding vegetables to pasta and noodles for lose weight.
Take less sugar
We have many favorite sweets. Human tendency is loving the sweets. But there are bitter effects on your weight. The processed food contains more sugar content than we take as a diet. To do this, prefer naturally low-fat foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, beans and whole grains. Just cut down the sugar content in your regular diet.
Take more whole foods
Many reports say that the processed foods have more chances to increase the weight. The list includes packaged food like potato chips, ice cream, pizza, burgers and the like. These foods lack fiber which is abundantly available in whole food like vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, eggs, chicken and so on. Select the best method which can be followed by you in the long run. Don’t change the diet suddenly for lose weight, as that may have a negative effect on your health.
